Our pre-event begins with online registration, electronic communications, down loadable directions and printable brochures, speaker, agenda and instructions all the way to on-site usage of recycled printed materials, badges and promotional items and our post-event summaries online, such as the Power Points, speakers audio or video event follow-up.  We work with Green Venues, suppliers and vendors who follow the "green initiative clause" guidelines and corporate "green" policies and core values to our suppliers and vendors.
